Step 1: Pull your hair to the side and section it off into two equal parts. Tie off with hair elastics.

Picture
Step 2: Do an inverse braid on each section and tie off. (An inverse braid is the same as a regular simple braid but you go under the hair rather than over.)

Picture
Step 3: Take the braid closer to your face and tug gently on the section of it closest to your face. Tug as much or little as you want (this will spread out the braid and make it look more like one braid when we combine the two.) Do the same on the other braid, but tug the section furthest from your face.

Step 4: Now we will combine the braids! Lay them next to each other and using a bobby-pin in the back (underside) of the braid pin the two middle sections together. Pin all the way down the braid until they are secure together. Then take out the hair elastics and tie off the braid with a single elastic.

Step 5: If you have bangs or some layers fall out you can curl them. You can add a flower or any pretty clip to add color or personality. Spray lightly with some hair spray to tame fly-aways and you are done!
